This project involved the sourcing, quality assurance, and logistics of a large volume of consumer electronics from manufacturing hubs in China. FEBCO handled supplier verification, pre-shipment inspections, sea freight to the port of Umm Qasr, and subsequent inland distribution to retailers in major Iraqi cities. Our on-the-ground presence in Iraq was crucial for managing last-mile delivery and inventory.
